SHAKES VS. SMOOTHIES: WHAT'S BETTER FOR WEIGHT LOSS: Whenever one thinks of losing weight, they try to eat less and drink more. Liquid diet was, in fact a trend sometime back. Easy to make, easily digestible and healthy, they came in different forms such as smoothies, shakes and juices. We know shakes and juices are two different things but how different are shakes and smoothies? Aren’t they the same? No, absolutely not. Many people use the words smoothie and shake interchangeably without realizing they are not the same.
